The mission of the Council is to bring together the North County's neighborhoods to promote communication and cooperation between member organizations of Northern Pinellas County, to foster a sense of community, to provide a forum for member organizations, and most important is to act as a neighborhood advocate for the benefit of our member organizations and to bring a common voice to state and county government including and not limited to the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners and State Legislators. 

We are associated with Council of Neighborhood Associations in St Petersburg and supportive of their efforts, and have also formed an alliance with the Clearwater Neighborhood Coalition in Clearwater FL and help support their initiatives.

CNCN is proud to host the 2012 Legislative update from each of the Northern Pinellas County State Legislators. Due to the redistricting we have new legislators representing us. Come meet your current representatives and say hello to the new ones while hearing about what happened during the 2012 State of Florida Legislative Session.

The Pinellas Legislative Delegation of our 12 State Representatives and Senators voted unanimously to support our bill this year in Tallahassee. Join CNCN in support of our East Lake All or None Annexation Bill gets introduced as a local bill by emailing or calling our delegation.
